The Nationals recalled pitchers Tyler Clippard, Mike O'Connor and Ryan Wagner from Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday, while also recalling outfielder Justin Maxwell from Double-A Harrisburg, who was immediately placed on the 60-day disabled list.
