Chicago Bears backup linebacker Rod Wilson left the field on a cart with a right arm injury in the third quarter against the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday night. Wilson appeared to come up limping after a running play along the right side with 4:16 left in the quarter. But the Bears said he hurt his arm.
